You will need a Birth Certificate for each child, if you have a step child you will need a note from that parent giving you permission to pick up toys in there absence along with a
copy of there ID
if you do not have birth certificate you can use a certified copy of shot records from the Health dept that has your childs date of birth on it , school records with childs date of birth
and you as a parent
if you can not attend then you can send another but again you will need a note with a copy of your ID |
